The English Experience (UK) Ltd believes strongly in protecting the privacy of everyone we have contact with and this notice sets out how we use your personal data. To this end we fully endorse and adhere to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy provides information on the types of data the English Experience collects and processes about individuals. More specific privacy notices will be issued to the individual depending on the type of relationship you have with the English Experience.

What data is held.

The English Experience holds a variety of data including:

  • Personal and contact information, including special data such as health conditions
  • Financial information
  • Employment related information, both previous and current

How data is collected

Most the English Experience’s data is received directly from the individual. However in some circumstances data may be supplied by agents acting on an individual’s behalf with their authority.

We collect data to carry out contracts, comply with other legislation and for our legitimate interests.

How long data is stored for.

We will retain your data for as long as legally necessary or until it is no longer being processed for the purpose it was collected.
